About Jimi Stanton
Jimi Stanton is from Pelham, New Hampshire, and was most recently seen in Seacoast Repertory Theater’s production of Our Town . He was in Cornerstone’s productions, Pride and Prejudice and Dylan Thomas' A Child's Christmas in Wales. Prior to coming to MA, he spent a year in Los Angeles acting in projects and films with production companies such as Vuguru Studios and Nickelodeon. Jimi decided to write Outside the Wire after being inspired by a true story.
About Daniel Marcum
Daniel Marcum studied biochemistry at the University of New Hampshire for a year before transferring to Fitchburg State College to
pursue film production. He is a cinematographer, director and actor. Dan made his debut at Cornerstone in Pride & Prejudice. He also served as Assistant Director for last season's True West as part of an internship. As technical director for the production Plenty of Parachutes, he was asked to produce the film, lighting and sound. Dan graduated with a bachelor's degree in Film from Fitchburg State in 2010.
About Outside the Wire
Outside the Wire is an original play, inspired by a true story. After four years of fighting the war in Iraq, Sergeant Mark Mercer comes home to find that life will never be the same. His wife, Michelle learns that the man who has returned home is not the same she had known. Mark struggles to deal with life after the war and the events that changed him forever. Memories of the last four years, cause a silent pain that threatens to tear a family apart. After all, "war is half the battle".Performance Dates and Times
